Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via Canada Post.

Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive an Order Fulfilled email with the tracking number.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. however, you may email us to inquire about a special order to your address.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address is filled out completely and correctly. If an item needs to be re-shipped due to client’s error they will be re-charged for the additional shipment fees.

We are not responsible for customs & duties or potential brokerage fees you may incur.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We use recycled and repurposed materials to package you goods whenever we can.

Virtual Skincare

Upon purchasing your virtual skin service you will receive an automated email to schedule your appointment plus a link to a detailed client intake form to be filled out and completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Any rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled Zoom appointment date. You are responsible for scheduling your zoom date. Failure to submit your intake form or notify rescheduling needs on time, and no-shows will result in a non-refundable cancelled appointment. Rescheduling more than once will result in a non-refundable cancelled appointment.

Returns

Due to the nature of both the products and virtual services being sold, we are unable to accept returns/refunds or credits. All sales are final.
